Bulgaria is celebrating their third year as member of IH&RA and following the decision of our General Assembly and the Board of Directors in Belgrade Serbia on 20 of January 2010,Bulgarian Hotels Association invite all members of the Board as well as NACE and Chain for complementary stay.

I have the pleasure to invite you to attend our second Board meeting of the year that will be held in Sofia in conjunction with Nace meeting and Excom Meeting on April 20th,2010. Please mark your calendars accordingly.

What: IH&RA Execom and Board of Directors meetings, as well as Nace & Chain meeting

Schedule: Arrival all delegates on Wednesday May 19th,2010.Welcome at Airport and assembly at Hotel Jasmin in Sofia with various visit depending on time of arrival.

All delegates take an Internal flight to BURGAS, Flight # FB975 at 23h00 PM.

You should arrive Sofia Airport before 22h00 to catch this flight.
